Communicated well about the schedule and budget, and was very open to discussing options and changes as we progressed through the build. We discovered some soil issues during the excavation, but I was kept up-to-date about what was going on and knew what to expect budget-wise.
All the work was of the best quality. Pine Valley did the framing and paint, and the shop is solid and looks great. The sub-contractors were also fantastic, and Dan kept tabs on everything going on. Everybody showed up on time, and we had no big delays waiting for subs - Dan kopt the scheduling on track. He always checked in on the sub's work, and was present for every important inspection.
